Programming Passive Mode On & Off

Remove key from ignition switch. Ensure hood is open and luggage compartment and all doors are closed and unlocked. Within 30 seconds, lock and unlock doors 3 times using remote transmitter, open and do not close driver's door, lock and unlock driver's door 3 times using inside door lock knob.

System will automatically lock all doors within 2 seconds. Within 20 seconds, unlock driver's door with inside door lock knob, close and open driver's door 3-5 times to enable PASSIVE mode or close and open driver's door 2 times to disable PASSIVE mode, and then lock and unlock driver's door once using inside door lock knob. After 2 seconds, system will automatically lock doors one time. PASSIVE mode programming is completed.
