Transmitter PROGRAMING

Each transmitter has a recognition code. Recognition codes must be registered to a vehicle receiver module. Only 4 transmitter recognition codes can be registered to a vehicle receiver module. When 4 transmitters are currently programmed, other transmitters may still be added by erasing previously registered transmitter codes. Registered transmitter codes are erased in the order in which they were programmed, starting with the first (oldest) known registered code.

Four different programming modes are available when programming transmitter recognition codes. Programming modes allow for a transmitter to be added, erasing and rewriting all transmitter recognition codes, confirming the number of transmitter codes currently registered or to prohibit remote transmitter operation and disable wireless door lock control system.
