Inspection Procedure

Check ECU-IG and CIGAR fuses .
Check continuity of ECU-IG and CIGAR fuse.

OK: Continuity
1. OK: Go to next step.
2. NG: Replace the failure fuse.
Check voltage between terminals ACC, SIG and GND of Body ECU connector .
Turn ignition switch ON.

Measure voltage between terminals ACC, SIG, and GND.

OK: Voltage: 10 - 14V
1. OK: Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptoms table (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE ).
2. NG: Go to next step.
Check wire harness and connector between Body ECU and body ground.
1. OK: Check and repair wire harness and connector between Body ECU and battery.
2. NG: Repair or replace wire harness or connector.
