Circuit Description

For circuit description, see DTC P0100: MASS AIR FLOW CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION . Detecting conditions of DTC are:

• The following conditions continue for 10 seconds or more with engine speed 900 RPM or less (2 trip detection logic):
  1. Throttle valve fully closed.
  2. Mass air flow meter output is greater than 2.2 V.
• The following conditions continue for 10 seconds or more with engine speed 0 RPM or more (2 trip detection logic):
  1. VTA is greater than or equal to 0.1 V.
  2. Mass air flow meter output is less than 0.4 V.
