Regulated Fuel Pressure (4-Cylinder)

REGULATED FUEL PRESSURE (4-CYLINDER)

Application At Idle - psi (kg/cm2 ) W/O Vacuum - psi (kg/cm2 )
Camry, Camry Solara, Celica, Corolla, ECHO, Highlander, Matrix, & MR2 (1) (1)

(1) Fuel pressure should be 44-50 psi (3.1-3.5 kg/cm2 ) without vacuum (KOEO) and 21 psi (1.5 kg/cm2 ) or more without vacuum with engine idling.
(2) Read service precautions before proceeding with service procedure. See SERVICE PRECAUTIONS .
(3) Fuel pressure should be 38-44 psi (2.7-3.1 kg/cm2 ) without vacuum applied (KOEO), and 33-38 psi (2.3-2.7 kg/cm2 ) without vacuum with engine idling.
