Driving Position Memory: Programming

  1. Turn ignition on and place transmission selector lever in "P" position. Adjust driver seat and both outside rearview mirrors to desired position. Depress and hold "SET" button on driving position memory switch and push position "1" or "2" button until signal beeps, indicating positions have been recorded in power seat ECU memory. See Fig 1.
  2. To program another driving position, adjust seat and mirror positions and again hold "SET" button and push remaining position button on driving position memory switch until signal beeps.
  3. To change a previously stored position, activate driving position memory by pushing position button to be changed and allow system to automatically adjust seat and mirror positions. Make desired changes to driving position. Hold "SET" button and again push position button to be changed until signal beeps. Stored driving position should now be changed.
