DTC C0278/ 11: Abs Solenoid Relay & Motor Relay Circuit: DTC Detecting Condition

Detection of any of the following conditions may set DTC C0278/ 11:
- If ABS solenoid or motor is OFF, there may be a leak.
- When ABS solenoid or ABS motor relay is ON, voltage downstream of relay does not increase.
