Inspection Procedure

  1. Check taillight relay  . See INSPECT TAILLIGHT CONTROL RELAY CONTINUITY .
    1. NG  : Replace the taillight relay.
    2. OK  : Go to step  2.
  2. Check wire harness and connector between taillight relay and body ECU, battery and taillight relay  . See HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT ECU CONTROLLED SYSTEMS .
    1. NG  : Repair or replace wire harness or connector.
    2. OK  : Proceed to next circuit inspection shown in problem symptoms. See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS .
