Heater Control Assembly: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL CABLES 
    1. Pull out the outer cables.
      2. Fig 1: Disconnecting Outer Cable

    2. Remove the inner cables.
  2. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL NAME PLATE 
    1. Remove the 3 knobs.
    2. Remove the 7 screws.

    3. Remove the heater control name plate and printed wire integration board from the heater control assembly.
  3. REMOVE CLOCK INTEGRATION BOARD 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and heater control switch cover.

    2. Remove the 4 screws and clock plate.
    3. Remove the connector.
