Fuel Pressure: Specifications

FUEL PUMP PERFORMANCE (3.4L V6)

Application Pressure psi (kg/cm2 )
No Vacuum (1) 38-44 (2.7-3.1)
At Idle, With Vacuum 33-38 (2.3-2.7)
(1) Check fuel pressure with engine off and using Toyota hand-held tester connected to data link connector No. 3 with ignition on to activate fuel pump or by connecting battery voltage to terminals on electric fuel pump.
FUEL PUMP PERFORMANCE (4.7L V8)

Application (1) Pressure psi (kg/cm2 )
No Vacuum 38-44 (2.7-3.1)
(1) Check fuel pressure with engine off and using Toyota hand-held tester connected to data link connector No. 3 with ignition on to activate fuel pump.
