Removal & Installation

- Remove the steering column cover. See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION of INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY under INSTRUMENT PANEL - ES 300 article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT.
- Remove the windshield wiper switch assembly. Disconnect the connector. Using a screwdriver, release the claw and pull out the windshield wiper switch assembly. See Fig 1.
- For installation, reverse removal procedure.
CAUTION:
Pressing the claw hard breaks the claw.
NOTE:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
