Inspection Procedure

  1. INSPECT SEAT MEMORY SWITCH 
    1. Disconnect the seat memory switch connector.
    2. Measure the resistance of each terminal, as shown in Fig 1 and Fig 2.

      Standard:

      NG: REPLACE SEAT MEMORY SWITCH 

      OK: Go to next step. 

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POSITION CONTROL ECU & SWITCH ASSY - BODY GROUND) 
    1. Reconnect the seat memory switch connector.
    2. Disconnect M6 ECU connector.
    3. Measure the resistance of each terminal, as shown in Fig 3 and Fig 4.

      Standard:

      NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

      OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN ON PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE   )
