How To Proceed With Troubleshooting

NOTE:
  • Troubleshooting of the wireless door lock control system is based on the premise that the power door lock system is operating normally. Therefore, before troubleshooting the wireless door lock control system, first make certain that the power door lock system is operating normally.
  • Use this procedure to troubleshoot the wireless door lock control system.
  1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP 
    1. :Go to next step  .
  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS CHECK AND SYMPTOM CHECK (See  CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS CHECK  ) 
    1. :Go to next step  .
  3. PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  ) 
    1. If the fault is not listed on the problem symptoms table, proceed to A.
    2. If the fault is listed on the problem symptoms table, proceed to B.
    1. B: Go to step   5 . 
    2. A: Go to next step. 
  4. OVERALL ANALYSIS AND TROUBLESHOOTING 
    1. Terminals of ECU (See TERMINALS OF ECU )
    2. On-vehicle inspection. see ( ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION ).
  5. ADJUST, REPAIR OR REPLACE 
    1. :Go to next step. 
  6. CONFIRMATION TEST 
    1. END
