Possible Causes

These DTCs uses two-trip detection logic. DTC is set when A/F sensor (Bank 1 & 2 Sensor 1) output voltage does not change after engine is started with engine at normal operating temperature, engine speed of 1400 RPM or more and with vehicle speed of 38 MPH or more. Possible causes are:
