Possible Causes

Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 48/B0116 could be caused by a open in Yellow/Red (circuit SFL+) and Yellow/Green (circuit SFL-) wires in side air bag squib circuit, side air bag squib malfunction or air bag sensor assembly malfunction.

NOTE: During testing, if DTCs other than DTC 48/B0116 are displayed, disregard them.
