Possible Causes

Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 58/B1186 could be caused by an open in Yellow/Gray (circuit P2+) and Yellow/Pink (circuit P2-) wires in passenger-side air bag squib circuit, passenger-side air bag squib malfunction or air bag sensor assembly malfunction.

NOTE: During testing, if DTCs other than DTC 58/B1186 are displayed, disregard them.
