Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor

Accelerator pedal position sensor is located on top of accelerator pedal assembly. For testing of accelerator pedal position sensor, see THROTTLE BODY under IDLE CONTROL SYSTEM. If circuit or component is faulty, a DTC may set. Retrieve DTCs and perform appropriate tests. See SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - LX470 article.
