Circuit Description

Throttle Position (TP) sensor is a variable resistor located on throttle body which monitors throttle opening and delivers input signals to Engine Control Module (ECM). ECM uses input signals for determining vehicle driving conditions and adjusts air-fuel mixture accordingly.
