Using Toyota Hand-Held Tester

See scan tool operator's manual for specific operating instructions. Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector No. 3 (DLC3) located under left side of instrument panel. See Fig 1. Follow prompts on scan tool to monitor cruise control ECU data. Use scan tool operator's manual for more information. Manufacturer does not provide any specific information on diagnosis of the cruise control system using a scan tool.
