Inspection Procedure

  1. Check rear wiper motor continuity  . See WIPER AND WASHER SYSTEM .
    1. NG  : Replace the rear wiper motor.
    2. OK  : Go to next step.
  2. Check wire harness and connector between rear wiper motor and back door ECU.  . See HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT ECU CONTROLLED SYSTEMS .
    1. NG  : Repair or replace wire harness or connector.
    2. OK  : Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptoms table. See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS .
