Inspection Procedure

INSPECT FRONT DOOR COURTESY LAMP SWITCH ASSY
1. Remove the courtesy switch assy.
2. Measure the switch resistance.

  Standard:

  NG: REPLACE FRONT DOOR COURTESY LAMP SWITCH ASSY
  
  OK: Go to next step.
CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POSITION CONTROL ECU & SWITCH ASSY - FRONT DOOR COURTESY SWITCH ASSY)
1. Disconnect M6 ECU connector.
2. Reconnect the courtesy switch assy.
3. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
  Standard:

  NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
  
  OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN ON PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE )
