Inspection Procedure

  1. RESET POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR (DRIVER SIDE) 
    1. Reset the power window regulator motor (See RESET ).
    2. Check if the power window operate normally.
    1. OK: END 
    2. NG: Go to next step. 
  2. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR W/ MOTOR (DRIVER SIDE) 
    1. Remove the driver side door glass (See INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSY (FRONT) under OVERHAUL ).
    2. Operate the power window regulator via the power window master switch without the door glass being installed.
    3. Check that the power window regulator operates smoothly.
    1. OK: REPLACE FRONT DOOR GLASS RUN LH 
    2. NG: REPLACE FRONT DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR SUB-ASSY LH
