Inspection Procedure

NOTE: In case of using a hand-held tester, start the inspection from step 1, and in case of not using a hand-held tester, start it from step 2.

Check driver buckle switch using hand-held tester.
Preparation:

Connect a hand-held tester to the DLC 3.

Check:

Check the driver buckle switch, using DATA LIST.
1. OK: Proceed to next circuit inspection shown in PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
2. OK: Go to next step.
Check driver buckle switch. See DRIVER BUCKLE SWITCH .
1. NG: Replace the driver buckle switch.
2. OK: Go to next step.
Check wire harness and connector between driver buckle switch and body ground.
1. NG: Repair or replace wire harness or connector.
2. OK: Proceed to next circuit inspection shown in PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
