O2S Test Result
Refer to PRE-CHECK for detailed information.
HO2S Output Voltage (Rich or lean stuck):
If the sensor voltage is out of the standard value, the ECM interprets this as a malfunction and sets DTC.
OUTPUT VOLTAGE (RICH OR LEAN STUCK)
| Test ID | Description of TEST DATA | Standard Value of TEST LIMIT | Conversion Factor (Unit) |
|---|---|---|---|
| $07 | The minimum sensor voltage while the malfunction is being monitored | Within 0.4 V | - |
| $08 | The maximum sensor voltage while the malfunction is being monitored | 0.6 V or more | - |
HO2S Output Voltage (Stuck Low):
If all the values ($81, $84 and $85) are out of the standard values, the ECM interprets this as a malfunction and sets DTC.
OUTPUT VOLTAGE (STUCK LOW)
| Test ID | Description of TEST DATA | Standard Value of TEST LIMIT | Conversion Factor (Unit) |
|---|---|---|---|
| $81 | Percentage of monitoring time where oxygen sensor voltage is less than 0.05 V | Within 60 % | Multiply 0.3906 (%) |
| $84 | Percentage of monitoring time where oxygen sensor voltage is 0.70 V or more | 20 % or more | Multiply 0.3906 (%) |
| $85 | Maximum Rich (0.45 V or more) time | 20 seconds or more | Multiply 0.2621 (sec) |
