O2S Test Result

Refer to PRE-CHECK  for detailed information.

HO2S Output Voltage (Rich or lean stuck):

If the sensor voltage is out of the standard value, the ECM interprets this as a malfunction and sets DTC.

OUTPUT VOLTAGE (RICH OR LEAN STUCK)

Test ID Description of TEST DATA Standard Value of TEST LIMIT Conversion Factor (Unit)
$07 The minimum sensor voltage while the malfunction is being monitored Within 0.4 V -
$08 The maximum sensor voltage while the malfunction is being monitored 0.6 V or more -

HO2S Output Voltage (Stuck Low):

If all the values ($81, $84 and $85) are out of the standard values, the ECM interprets this as a malfunction and sets DTC.

OUTPUT VOLTAGE (STUCK LOW)

Test ID Description of TEST DATA Standard Value of TEST LIMIT Conversion Factor (Unit)
$81 Percentage of monitoring time where oxygen sensor voltage is less than 0.05 V Within 60 % Multiply 0.3906 (%)
$84 Percentage of monitoring time where oxygen sensor voltage is 0.70 V or more 20 % or more Multiply 0.3906 (%)
$85 Maximum Rich (0.45 V or more) time 20 seconds or more Multiply 0.2621 (sec)
