| Rear HO2 sensor voltage | 0.1 5V or more |
| Time after engine start | 30 seconds or more |
| A/F sensor status | Activated |
| Fuel system status | Closed-loop |
| Engine | Running |
P2196 (Rich side malfunction):
TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS (DTC P2196)
| Time while all of following conditions met | 2 seconds or more |
| Rear HO2 sensor voltage | Below 0.85V |
| Time after engine start | 30 seconds or more |
| A/F sensor status | Activated |
| Fuel system status | Closed-loop |
| Engine | Running |
