Fuel Tank And Line: Installation

INSTALL FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL FUEL TANK ASSEMBLY
1. Set up the fuel tank to the transmission jack.
2. Operate the transmission jack and install the fuel tank.
3. Install the 2 fuel tank bands with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 62 N.m (632 kgf.cm, 45 ft.lbf)
CONNECT FUEL INLET HOSE AND BREATHER TUBE
1. Connect the fuel inlet hose to the filler pipe and install the clamp.
2. Connect the breather tube. (SeeSFI SYSTEM )

DISCONNECT FUEL TANK VENT HOSE
Connect the fuel tank vent hose to the charcoal canister.

CONNECT FUEL MAIN TUBE AND RETURN TUBE (See SFI SYSTEM )
INSTALL FUEL TANK PROTECTOR
Install the fuel tank protector with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
CONNECT FUEL PUMP CONNECTOR
CHECK FOR FUEL LEAKS
INSTALL SPARE TIRE
