Valve opening temperature 80 to 84°C (176 to 183°F)
Valve lift at 95°C (203°F) 10 mm (0.39 in.) or more
Radiator cap sub-assy  
Standard opening pressure 74 to 103 kPa (0.75 to 1.05 kgf/cm2 , 10.7 to 14.9 psi)
Minimum opening pressure 59 kPa (0.6 kgf/cm2 , 8.5 psi)
Cooling fan  
Stander damper age at 20°C (68°F)  
  1ZZ-FE 7.9 to 10.9 A
  222-GE 8.4 to 11.2A
Cooling fan relay  
Resistance 3 -- 5 10 kΩ or higher
  3 -- 5 (Apply battery voltage to terminals 1 and 2) Below 1 Ω
Cooling fan relay No. 2  
Resistance 3 -- 4 Below 1 Ω
  3 -- 4 (Apply battery voltage to terminals 1 and 2) 10 kΩ or higher
