DTC 21: Open Vehicle Speed Sensor Circuit; DTC 23: Vehicle Speed Signal Abnormal: Description
The vehicle speed sensor circuit is sent to cruise control ECU assembly as a vehicle speed signal. For each rotation of the shaft, the vehicle speed sensor sends a signal through the combination meter assembly to the cruise control ECU assembly (See VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR ). The cruise control ECU assembly calculates the vehicle speed from this pulse frequency.
