Inspection Procedure

1. Connect the intelligent tester (with CAN / VIM) to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON and turn the tester ON.
3. Clear the DTCs.
4. Select the following menu items: Body / Main Body / DTC.
5. Read DTCs.

   Result

   No DTC output	C

B: GO TO DTC CHART 

C: SYSTEM IS NORMAL 

A: Go TO NEXT STEP. 

1. Connect the intelligent tester (with CAN / VIM) to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON and turn the tester ON.
3. Select the following menu items: BODY / MAIN BODY / DATA LIST.
4. Read the indication displayed on the tester.

   Main body ECU 

   MAIN BODY ECU CHECK

   COM D-DOOR MTR	Connection status between power window regulator motor and main body ECU / OK or Stop	OK: Connection Stop: No connection

   OK: OK is displayed on the intelligent tester screen. 

OK: REPLACE INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK (MAIN BODY ECU) 

NG: Go TO NEXT STEP. 

1. Connect the intelligent tester (with CAN / VIM) to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON and turn the tester ON.
3. Clear the DTCs.
4. Select the following menu items: BODY / MAIN BODY / DTC.
5. Read DTCs.

   Result
