Knock Sensor: Installation

INSTALL KNOCK SENSOR
1. Install the 2 sensors with the 2 bolts as shown in the illustration.
  Torque: 20 N*m (205 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
  
  NOTE: Make sure that the knock sensor is in the correct position.

2. Connect the 2 sensor connectors.
INSTALL INTAKE MANIFOLD (See appropriate step(s) under INSTALLATION ).
INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY (See appropriate step(s) under INSTALLATION ).
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
CHECK FOR FUEL LEAKS
CHECK FOR ENGINE OIL LEAKS (See OIL PUMP )
