Charging System (1ZZ-FE): Generator: Removal

DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the terminal cap No. 2.
2. Remove the nut [B], then remove the generator wire.
3. Disconnect the generator connector [C].
4. Remove the wire harness clamp [D].
5. Disconnect the A/C connector [E].

6. Remove the 2 bolts, then remove the generator.
