Inspection Procedure

1. After turning the power switch OFF:
   1. If either front door is opened within 43 seconds but the power window can still operate, proceed to A.
   2. If 43 seconds pass but the power window can still operate, proceed to B.

B : REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY 

A : GO TO NEXT STEP 

1. Connect the intelligent tester (with CAN VIM) to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch ON (IG) and press the intelligent tester main switch ON.
3. Read the DATA LIST according to the displays on the tester.

OK : REPLACE DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY 

NG : GO TO NEXT STEP 

1. Measure the resistance.

   Standard voltage 

   TERMINALS RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

   1 - Switch body	Pushed	10 kΩ or higher
   1 - Switch body	Not pushed	Below 1 Ω

NG : REPLACE FRONT DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY 

OK : GO TO NEXT STEP 

1. Disconnect the D7*1 or D8*2 switch connector.
2. Disconnect the 1D junction block connector.
3. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

   Standard resistance 

   TERMINALS RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

   D7-1 - 1D-21 (DCTY)	Below 1 Ω
   D8-1 - 1D-24 (PCTY)	Below 1 Ω
   D7-1 - Body ground	10 kΩ or higher
   D8-1 - Body ground	10 kΩ or higher

NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 

OK : REPLACE DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK (BODY ECU)
