Camshaft Position Sensor: Installation

INSTALL CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR
NOTE: Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing it.
1. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring of the sensor.

2. Install the sensor with the bolt.
  Torque: 9.0 N*m (90 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf)
3. Connect the sensor connector.
INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP (see INSTALLATION )
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CHECK FOR ENGINE OIL LEAKAGE
INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER (see INSTALLATION )
