Entry Functions do not Operate at All: Procedure

- CHECK KEY CANCEL FUNCTION
- Check that the key cancel function has been set. Refer to CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS .

OK → END (UNSET KEY CANCEL FUNCTION)
- Check that the key cancel function has been set. Refer to CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS .
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (CERTIFICATION ECU - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

- Disconnect the E84 ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connectors.
Standard resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition E84-17 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω Standard voltage
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition E84-18 (IG) - Body ground Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V Engine switch off Below 1 V E84-1 (+B1) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR

- REPLACE ECU AGGREGATION BOX (CERTIFICATION ECU). Refer to REMOVAL
