Throttle Body: Installation

INSTALL THROTTLE BODY
1. Install a new gasket to the intake air surge tank.

2. Install the throttle body and wire harness clamp stay to the intake air surge tank with the 4 bolts.
  Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
3. Connect the control motor connector.

4. Connect the 2 water by-pass hoses to the throttle body.
INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY (see INSTALLATION )
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
ADD ENGINE COOLANT (see REPLACEMENT )
CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS (see ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )

INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (see INSTALLATION )
