Ignition Timing

Any of following two methods may be used.

Method A

Attach timing light to loop wire (1) as shown.

Check ignition timing.

Method B

Remove No. 4 ignition coil (1).

Connect No. 4 ignition coil (1) and No. 4 spark plug with suitable high-tension wire (A) as shown, and attach timing light clamp (B) to this wire.

Check ignition timing.
