- REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL REINFORCEMENT ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CONDITIONER UNIT ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE CENTER AIR BAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 8
- REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 15
- REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 21
- REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 10
- REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 23
- REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 24
- REMOVE TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY
- Turn over the carpet, remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the transmission control cable assembly.
- Remove the nut from the control shaft lever.
- Disconnect the transmission control cable assembly from the control shaft lever.
- Remove the clip and disconnect the transmission control cable assembly from the No. 1 transmission control cable bracket.
- Disconnect the transmission control cable assembly from the transmission floor shift assembly.
- Pull out the transmission control cable assembly from the body.
