Inspection Procedure
NOTE:
When replacing the VSC actuator assembly, perform zero point calibration (See CALIBRATION
).
- CHECK ABS CONTROL SYSTEM
- Clear the DTC (See DTC CHECK/CLEAR ).
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Check if the same DTC is recorded (See DTC CHECK/CLEAR
).
Result
RESULT REFERENCEResult Proceed to DTC (ABS control system DTC) is not output A DTC (ABS control system DTC) is output B
B: REPAIR CIRCUITS INDICATED BY OUTPUT DTCS (ABS CONTROL SYSTEM) (See DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART )
A: Go to Next Step
- CONFIRM DTC
- Clear the DTC (See DTC CHECK/CLEAR ).
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Check if the same DTC is recorded (See DTC CHECK/CLEAR
).
