    1. Inspect the EFI No. 1 fuse.
      1. Remove the EFI No. 1 fuse.
      2. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance of the fuse.

        Standard resistance

        TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
EFI No. 1 fuse Always Below 1 Ω
    2. Inspect the A/F fuse.
      1. Remove the A/F fuse.
      2. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance of the fuse.

        Standard resistance

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        A/F fuse Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Inspect EFI relay.
      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard resistance

        TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
2E-12 - 2E-7 No battery voltage applied 10 kΩ or higher
        2E-12 - 2E-7 Battery voltage applied to terminals 2E-10 and 2E-9 Below 1 Ω
NOTE: While using the battery for the inspection, do not bring the positive and negative tester probes too close to each other as a short circuit may occur.
