Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor: Installation

  1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR 
    1. Install a new gasket onto the engine coolant temperature sensor.
    2. Install the engine coolant temperature sensor.

      Torque: 20 N*m (204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf) 

    3. Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.

  2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  4. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET  (See INSTALLATION )
  5. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET  (See INSTALLATION )
  6. INSTALL BATTERY  (See INSTALLATION )
  7. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL  (See INSTALLATION )
  8. ADD ENGINE COOLANT  (See REPLACEMENT )
  9. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK  (See COOLING SYSTEM )
  10. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER  (See INSTALLATION )
  11. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  12. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
