2AZ-FE ENGINE CONTROL: CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR





(a) Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring of the sensor.





(b) Install the camshaft position sensor with the bolt.
Torque: 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80 in-lbf)
(c) Connect the camshaft position sensor connector.
2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH HOSE Installation
3. INSPECT FOR ENGINE OIL LEAK
4. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
