Installation (To 12/2010): Installation

- INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR WITH BRACKET
- Install the actuator with bracket with the 3 bolts.
Torque: 19 N*m (194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf)
NOTE:Do not damage the brake tubes and wire harness.
- Connect the actuator connector.
- Using SST, connect each brake tube to correct positions of the actuator with bracket as shown in the illustration.
- SST: 09023-00101
Torque: 15 N*m (155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)
- Install the actuator with bracket with the 3 bolts.
- FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID . Refer to BLEEDING - Step 1
- BLEED MASTER CYLINDER . Refer to BLEEDING - Step 2
- BLEED BRAKE LINE . Refer to BLEEDING - Step 3
- CHECK BRAKE FLUID LEAKAGE
- CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR . Refer to BLEEDING - Step 6
- CONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected. Refer to INITIALIZATION .
- PERFORM YAW RATE SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION
- Perform the yaw rate sensor zero point calibration. Refer to CALIBRATION .
- CHECK BRAKE ACTUATOR WITH TECHSTREAM
- Check the brake actuator. Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION .
