Removal (From 12/2010): Removal

NOTE:

Do not use dropped or damaged yaw rate sensors.
Prevent foreign matter from attaching between the yaw rate sensor bracket and body.
Confirm that the sensor direction is correct.

DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected. Refer to INITIALIZATION .
REMOVE CONSOLE UPPER REAR PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 35
REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 37
REMOVE YAW RATE SENSOR
1. Disconnect the yaw rate sensor connector.

2. Remove the 2 bolts and yaw rate sensor.
