Combination Switch ECU Power Source Circuit: Procedure

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (COMBINATION SWITCH ECU - BATTERY)
- Disconnect the connector from the combination switch.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D13-1 - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (IGNITION SWITCH CIRCUIT)
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D13-2 - Body ground Ignition switch on (IG) 10 to 14 V D13-2 - Body ground Ignition switch off Below 1 V
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (COMBINATION SWITCH ECU - BODY GROUND)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D13-5 - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK → PROCEED TO PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
