Intake Manifold: Removal

DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (See COOLANT )
REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH HOSE (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD
1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the wire harness bracket.
2. Disconnect the 3 hoses.
3. Remove the 4 bolts, 2 nuts, intake manifold stay and intake manifold.

4. Remove the gasket from the intake manifold.
5. Remove the bolt and bracket.
6. Using a "TORX" socket E6, remove the 2 stud bolts from the intake manifold.
