Typical Enabling Conditions

Monitor runs whenever following DTCs not present P0010 (OCV bank 1)
P0011 (VVT System 1 - Advance)
P0012 (VVT System 1 - Retard)
P0016 (VVT system 1 - misalignment)
P0031, P0032 (A/F sensor heater)
P0037, P0038 (HO2 sensor heater)
P0100 - P0103 (MAF meter)
P0115 - P0118 (ECT sensor)
P0120 - P0223, P2135 (TP sensor)
P0125 (Insufficient ECT for closed loop)
P0136 - P0139 (HO2 sensor)
P0171, P0172 (Fuel system)
P0301 - P0304 (Misfire)
P0335 (Crankshaft position sensor)
P0340 (Camshaft position sensor)
P0351 - P0354 (Igniter)
P0412, P0418, P1613 (Secondary air injection system control)
P0500 (VSS)
P0606 (HO2 sensor)
P2195, P2196 (A/F sensor)
P2237 - P2253 (A/F sensor)
P2440 - P2445 (Secondary air injection system)
P2A00 (A/F sensor)
Battery voltage 11 V or more
Intake air temperature -10°C (14°F) or more
Engine coolant temperature sensor 70°C (158°F) or more
Atmospheric pressure 76 kPa (570 mmHg) or more
Idling OFF
Engine RPM Less than 4000 rpm
A/F sensor status Activated
Fuel system status Closed loop
Heated oxygen sensor monitor Completed
Engine load 10 to 80%
Mass air flow rate 2.5 to 50 g/sec
Estimated catalyst temperature Front catalyst:
600 to 840°C (1112 to 1544°F)
Rear catalyst: 475 to 760°C (887 to 1400°F)
