Active Control Engine Mount: Installation

  1. INSTALL FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the front engine mounting insulator assembly with the 3 nuts.

      Torque: 52 N*m (530 kgf*cm, 38 ft.*lbf)

    2. Connect the duty vacuum switching valve connector and clamp.

  2. INSTALL TRANSVERSE ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET 
    1. Install the transverse engine mounting bracket with the 4 bolts.

      *1 Bolt A
      *2 Bolt B

      Torque: 87 N*m (887 kgf*cm, 64 ft.*lbf) for Bolt A 

      64 N*m (653 kgf*cm, 47 ft.*lbf) for Bolt B 

  3. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY AND FAN ASSEMBLY WITH MOTOR 
    1. Install the radiator assembly and fan assembly with motor (See INSTALLATION ).
