Stop Light Switch: Inspection

- INSPECT STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY
- w/o Stop Light Control Relay Assembly
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
TESTER CONNECTION - SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 Pushed 10 kΩ or higher 1 - 2 Not pushed Below 1Ω 3 - 4 Pushed Below 1Ω 3 - 4 Not pushed 10 kΩ or higher If the result is not as specified, replace the stop light switch assembly.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- w/ Stop Light Control Relay Assembly and w/ Cruise Control System
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.TESTER CONNECTION - SPECIFIED CONDITION

If the result is not as specified, replace the stop light switch assembly.
