Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor: Installation: Installation

  1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR 
    1. Install the engine coolant temperature sensor through a new gasket.

      Torque: 20 N*m (204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf) 

    2. Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.

  2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 64
  3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH HOSE  See step  2
  4. ADD ENGINE COOLANT  . Refer to REPLACEMENT - Step 2
  5. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK  . Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION - Step 1
  6. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 93
