Intake Manifold: Installation: Installation

INSTALL INTAKE MANIFOLD
1. Using a "TORX" socket E6, install the 2 stud bolts to the intake manifold.

  Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)
2. Connect the bracket with the bolt.
  Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf)
3. Install a new gasket into the intake manifold.
4. Install the intake manifold and intake manifold stay with the 4 bolts and 2 nuts.

  Torque: 28 N*m (286 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf)
5. Connect the 3 hoses.
6. Install the wire harness bracket with the bolt.
  Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf)
INSTALL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 1
INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH HOSE . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 2
INSTALL NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 85
ADD ENGINE COOLANT . Refer to REPLACEMENT - Step 2
INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK . Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION - Step 1
